Description of problem:
There is popping progress bar on the left menu (where agents are displayed).
When it appears whole menu is moved down.
This is really uncomfortable, especially when you try invoke context menu (right click) - whole menu move somewhere and you can not be sure what was really clicked.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose existing client.
2. Invoke context menu on CPUs (for example).

Expected results:
If we have to have this progress bar (I have no problem if it disappears totally) I suggest move it on bottom (It mustn't manipulate with any other part of the layout mainly).

I give severity medium but please notice that fixing this makes everyday-work much comfortable.
