Describe the issue:
We added device virtio-scsi-pci in 6.3, but forgot to whitelist it.

Suggestions for improvement: 
Please add this item:

* virtio-scsi-pci - tech preview in 6.3, supported since 6.4
  * vectors
  * indirect_desc
  * event_idx
  * num_queues
  * addr

Additional information: 
Device might not be supported only for all guests.  I'll find out and
report back.

Since 6.4, the device is supported for guests running RHEL 6.4 and newer, and Windows 2008, 7 and newer.
