Description of problem:
Install MATLAB R2013a. At the end of the installation process, the program asks to install the MATLAB Compiler Runtime and provides a link to it. Clicking on this link leads to the SELinux alert. 
SELinux is preventing /usr/lib64/nspluginwrapper/plugin-config from 'execute' accesses on the file /tmp/mathworks_9808/bin/glnxa64/libstdc++.so.6.

If sie denken, dass es plugin-config standardmässig erlaubt sein sollte, execute Zugriff auf libstdc++.so.6 file zu erhalten.
Then sie sollten dies als Fehler melden.
Um diesen Zugriff zu erlauben, können Sie ein lokales Richtlinien-Modul erstellen.
zugriff jetzt erlauben, indem Sie die nachfolgenden Befehle ausführen:
# grep plugin-config /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

I suggest you turn off the confinement.

setsebool -P  unconfined_mozilla_plugin_transition 1

I really do not want to allow plugins to download and execute content on a system

Problem seems to be fixed in R2013b anyway
