Description of problem:
httpd.service fails after stopping httpd

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
httpd-2.4.6-2.fc20.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 20
2. yum install httpd
3. systemctl start httpd
4. systemctl stop httpd

Actual results:
Oct  2 14:31:31 fc20 systemd: Stopping The Apache HTTP Server...
Oct  2 14:33:01 fc20 systemd: httpd.service stopping timed out. Killing.
Oct  2 14:34:31 fc20 systemd: httpd.service still around after SIGKILL. Ignoring.
Oct  2 14:34:31 fc20 systemd: Stopped The Apache HTTP Server.
Oct  2 14:34:31 fc20 systemd: Unit httpd.service entered failed state.

Expected results:

no error

No more problems after the update to systemd-208-2.fc20.x86_64
