Description of problem:
When I set custom time range (via selecting it on graph image) text in time line is overlaps

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON 3.2.ER2

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to metrics of any resource, expand some metric
2. select some time range within graph image

Actual results: see screenshot


Expected results: letters on timeline should not overlap


Additional info: if you wait some time for auto-refresh, then text does not overlap anymore

Mass moving all of these from ER6 to target milestone ER07 since the ER6 build was bad and QE was halted for the same reason.
