log collector should warn the user suggesting to use filters when more than
10 hosts are selected or the collected archive is >1GB

Verified on rhevm 3.3 is20.1 rhevm-log-collector-3.3.1-2.el6ev.
log-collector produced the following:

The MD5 for this file is 61e1ba9e2a13fc246dd51433ade2eab0 and its size is 1388.5M
You can use the following filters in the next execution -c, -d, -H to reduce the archive size.

This bug is currently attached to errata RHBA-2013:15255. If this change is not to be documented in the text for this errata please either remove it from the errata, set the requires_doc_text flag to
