Click View => Search Results 2. Select a report (I used "Active Entities by OS (BR18A)" and "Active Virtual Machines by OS (BR18)") 3. Right click it and select "Run" Actual results: Generated reports contain small rectangle characters Expected results: It should be displayed with normal and readable characters Additional info: Screenshots attached

Confirmed that zh_CN has the same problem.

Did you install fonts for the langs you need on the testing server? Yaniv

I am not sure if the test environment provided by Kiril and Ohad has the fonts custom installed, but the problems are the same - only Reports Portal have this issue. Admin/User Portals are fine. Yuko

Hi Yaniv, Could you please provide me the instruction on how to do that?
I managed to install both zh-CN and ja-JP language supports and problem was solved. Attaching screenshot. Closing now.
