Description Emanuel Muckenhuber 2013-10-04 14:21:21 UTC
In order to disable the native EAP patching mechanism the patching module should be removed from any RPM builds. Removing everything in the "modules/system/layers/base/org/jboss/as/patching/" directory should be sufficient.

Comment 1 Fernando Nasser 2013-10-06 16:22:52 UTC
Proceeding with the removal as requested by devel (added devel_ack on behalf of Emanuel)

Comment 2 Fernando Nasser 2013-10-06 22:47:55 UTC
jbossas-modules-eap-7.3.0-7.Final_redhat_7.1.ep6.el6 under testing

Comment 3 Pavel Janousek 2013-10-07 07:24:55 UTC
QA_ACK is for 'Removing everything in the "modules/system/layers/base/org/jboss/as/patching/' directory, nothing else can be changed. We'll treat this as approved difference if PM_ACK+.

Comment 6 Pavel Janousek 2013-10-14 11:49:58 UTC
RHEL6 is fixed.

Comment 7 Pavel Janousek 2013-10-15 12:01:55 UTC
RHEL5 is fixed as well.
