Description of problem:
Validation warnings and errors do not get displayed after saving the switchyard.xml file.  There are numerous issues with synchronization and validation:
 * Builder order may cause validation to fail, i.e. no errors/warnings
 * Builder order may cause validation to occur before output file is updated.
 * Updates to indicators in the editor may not occur under certain circumstances

Some steps to reproduce:
1. Create a switchyard.xml with errors.  Open the editor.  Do a "clean" build (project->clean).  Notice no errors/warnings appear in the editor.  Manually validate (right click composite, validate).  Notice error indicators appear.
2.  Create a new SwitchYard project.  Add a component and a reference.  Save.  Notice no errors/warnings appear.  Manually validate the editor.  Notice no errors appear.
