try to send lldp or lacp pkts from vpc1 interface eth1 to vpc2 interface eth1 connected back to back

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
pkts are not reaching vpc2 interface eth1

Expected results:
pkts should reach vpc2 interface eth1

This bug is impossible to diagnose since you provided zero information on your configuration. Please provide the XML config for both of your guests, information on how the host network is configured to connect them & actual steps to reproduce the problem.
