Description of problem:
ISO of recent composes should include "node-installer" rpm inside, so one needs to additionally plug the extracted iso dir as yum repo and invoke "yum -y install node-installer" there

If the ISO contains all the deps, this PR should fix this bug, as it adds the node-installer as katello-foreman-all dependnecy https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/3184 and replaces the old katello-configure-foreman-proxy package.
