If the ISO contains all the deps, this PR should fix this bug, as it adds the node-installer as katello-foreman-all dependnecy https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/3184 and replaces the old katello-configure-foreman-proxy package. https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/3184 was merged into master # VERIFIED here we go! Fixed. Jenkins installer shows it fixed.
