testsuite currently fails due to incompatibilities between our cglib and mockito. Added debian bug url for this issue as well

Since it doesn't look like mockito being fixed soon (I filled #1040350, but the maintainer didn't respond yet) I think it would be better to just disable tests until the problem is resolved.
