Doc Text:
The async policy is only applicable to the RTGov server profile. At the moment, however, the installer includes all quick starts, not just those that are relevant to the profile the user is trying to install. If a user tries to run the order-app quick start in the rtgov-client only environment with the async policy deployed on the RTGov server, then it ignores the policy.

Description Jiri Pechanec 2013-10-08 09:38:37 UTC
If the policy/async QS togetther with oreder app is deployed in runtime with RTGov server then it works and enforces the policy.

If a user tries to run it in rtgov-client only environment (order app) with policy/async deployed on rtgov server then ignores the policy enforcing.

Maybe there is an issue with active collection manager?

The async policy is only applicable to the RTGov server profile.

I've recently updates the readmes for each quickstart to indicate which profile they are suitable for. A list has also been sent to Julian to update the installer to only include the appropriate quickstarts for the profile being installed, but will list here:

activityclient - any profile
ordermgmt/app+ip - client or server, as long as swyd is also installed
policy/async - server
policy/sync - client or server, as long as swyd is also installed
sla/* - server

Reassigning to productisation to apply changes to the installer.
