Description of problem:
Add a systemd subpackage with servcie files

I've introduced several igor subpackages for the systemd related service files.
If we also want to provide sysv service files then we can add appropriate -sysv subpackages.

The changes are pushed to the master branch of the pkg

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
