Stock Install of RockMongo not working.

Description of problem:
When I visit https://c-pointharbor.rhcloud.com/rockmongo/, only a blank page appears after a stock install of RockMongo.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
I believe it is RockMongo 1.1, if it is an issue with RockMongo.
Go to https://c-pointharbor.rhcloud.com/rockmongo/.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://c-pointharbor.rhcloud.com/rockmongo/ in a browser.
Should display a login page.
Can not reproduce this issue on PROD, rockmongo can work correctly after adding, can you provide your steps to install RockMongo? Thanks!
Perhaps it is a time based bug then? Stops working after x amount of time. I installed the cartridge. Basically just clicked, "Add cartridge" and then "RockMongo 1.1".
This is resolved after removing and adding the cartridge.
