Title: CSProcessor Map

Describe the issue:
Currently there is no information (or any that I could find) about where a topic can be placed. As an example topics cannot be placed at the root level in a Book, however it can be in a Article.

Closing this since PressGang dos are no longer being maintained, plus it was ON_QA for the a long time and looks correct at a glance.
