Is there any plan to release a SDL2 package for sdl_ttf, like sdl_image did ?

I've not really been working on the SDL2 stack, I'll reassign this to the SDL2 maintainer so he's aware of the desire for this.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1034413 is the SDL2_ttf package review. Simple little package, review should be fast.
