When il lauched the X server my icon mouse is scrambled , and all object are very slow (Window and other .. ) 

Probably radeon doesn't support my radeon HD8240?

unfortunely we can't see my icon mouse when i make a print screen..

this is my command back :

My mouse icon is scrambled, the graphical object is moving slow

Expected Results:  
A good size for the mouse icon and no scrambled , i thing i have no acceleration card too..

i use thise mesa package :
