Description of problem:

This is a new thing that I have encountered today. My newly scheduled jobs doesn't have any logs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. schedule a new beaker job
2. check the WebUI
3.

Actual results:
no logs

Btw, I can see logs for jobs scheduled last week. So there might not be a problem in WebUI but rather somewhere deeper.

also no output for bkr job-logs:

$
