Description of problem:
When the SwitchYard visual editor is open and the Switchyard.xml file or the entire project is deleted, the editor stays open despite the fact that the underlying file it's editing no longer exists.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Switchyard file in editor.
2. Delete switchyard file or project in package explorer or resource navigator.

Actual results:
File or project is deleted and the visual editor remains open.

Expected results:
File or project is deleted and visual editor is closed.

If the editor is nested (contains some unsaved changes), editor stays open.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open SwitchYard file in editor
2. Add a Component
2. Delete SwitchYard project in package explorer or resource navigator

Verified in jbdsis-7.0.0.CR1 (SwitchYard Tool - 1.1.2.v20131213-2033-H428-CI)

This was verified with JBDS 8.0.0.GA with + JBDS-IS 8.0.0.Beta1 and it also works in JBDS 8.1.0.GA + JBDS-IS 8.0.3.CR1 (contains SwitchYard 2.0.1.v20150727-2018-H8-Beta1)

Fixed and included in the latest release.
