Title: Browse and Manage Transactions

Please, remove green box with the note "Note: Browsing JTS Transactions". The information seems to be incorrect (consulted with transaction developers as well).

I have removed the admonition from the A&C Guide's text. When the revised version of the guide is available on docstage I will move this ticket to status ON_QA.

The admonition has been removed, as can be confirmed at [1] in revision 2.0-2 (or later).
