Description of problem:
In the Setting up monitoring alerts and operations document - 3.1.3. Long Scan Times and Async Availability Collection the Note should be changed to include: 

RHQ_AGENT_ADDITIONAL_JAVA_OPTS="$RHQ_AGENT_ADDITIONAL_JAVA_OPTS -Drhq.agent.plugins.availability-scan.timeout=10000"

instead of:

RHQ_AGENT_ADDITIONAL_JAVA_OPTS="-Drhq.agent.plugins.availability-scan.timeout=15000"
