"all displays" means to span all screens with a single slideshow. AFAICS this has never worked right under Linux. For RHEL-7 I can use a new feature in gtk3 to instruct the window manager to allow us to do this via http://standards.freedesktop.org/wm-spec/wm-spec-latest.html#idp6368280

But gtk3 isn't available under RHEL-6 and it looks impractical to me to implement setting _NET_WM_FULLSCREEN_MONITORS manually from within LibreOffice wrt to getting the right underlying Xinerama indices that this requires. Gtk knows what they are, but we don't.
