From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030808

Description of problem:
p(o)xdvi calls original dvips, not pdvips.
So pdvips cannot print out DVI files that includes Japanese characters.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. view DVI files that includes Japanese characters via pxdvi
2. push print button and print out

Actual Results: DVI files cannot be printed out.

Expected Results: DVI files can be printed out.

Additional info: I'll attach the patch to fix this bug.
