Description of problem: Once remove brick is completed and Commit is selected for the same brick, the brick gets deleted from the list. But the remove brick icon still remains the volumes list in Activities column. It does not get removed at all. This way no other activities can be performed on the volume at all. The remove brick icons should disappear simultaneously once the remove brick is commited both from bricks list and volumes list tables. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Volumes tab and select a volume 2. In the Bricks sub-tab select a brick from the list 3. Start remove brick by clicking the "Remove" menu option 4. Once deletion is completed, select the Commit option from the drop down menu option. Actual results: The commit is completed and brick gets deleted from the list. But the remove brick icon retains the volumes list against the volume in Activities column Expected results: The remove brick icon should disappear simultaneously from the volumes list as well after completion of remove brick activity. Additional info:
If I understand correctly, the expected results here would be that the icon reflects that the operation has completed, and the menu items are disabled.
shruti, The icon will removed from the volumes table, once the brick removal is committed by the user. There were some issues in clearing the task details from volumes, it is now fixed.
Verified as fixed in Red Hat Storage Console Version: 2.1.2-0.22.master.el6_4. After remove-brick commit is done, the row for the removed brick and the icon from the volumes table disappears simultaneously.
