In version 1.2 you can now override the default entities provided in a build via a content spec. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=864616#c14 for details on how to add the overrides into the content spec.

It's also worth noting that you can only override the specified set of entities at this stage until BZ#1013882 and BZ#1013882 are implemented.
