Description of problem: I used gnome-tweak-tool to modify the Appearance/Theme/window layout: It was set by myself to Clearlooks. But only few windows are presented with the clearlooks window layout: firefox or thunderbird or gnome-terminalfor example. Other windows remain presented in the Adwaita style (for example gnome-tweak-tool itself or all windows opened by nautilus).
