When a student submits an exercise, currently they go to a page on the
instructor machine.  The app should include a parameter that specifies a URL for
the instructor machine to return the student whence they came.

Bowe, would it be acceptable just to have the url go exactly where they came
from?  It could be put into a link on the page (served via instructor's machine)
where the results are shown.

fully accessable... do i have access to referrer through env variables?

typically, yes, it would be in the env variable 'HTTP_REFERER'
