Description of problem:
 Rebalance status dialog does not give the failed file count.

rhsc-2.1.2-0.0.scratch.beta1.el6_4.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a volume and start it.
2. Before starting rebalance on the volume stop glusterd.
3. Now start rebalance on the volume.
4. once rebalance is started bring glusterd back.

Actual results:
Rebalance status shows failed, but it does not display the failed file count.

Expected results:
Rebalance should disaply the failed file count.

Verified in cb6 (rhsc-2.1.2-0.22.master.el6_4.noarch).

Now failed file count is getting displayed in the rebalance status dialog.
