no grubby manpage

Description of problem:
'rpm -q --filesbypkg mkinitrd' shows that no man page for grubby is installed.
It would be useful to have all the documentation on the system, rather than
having to look it up elsewhere, such as at
http://www.die.net/doc/linux/man/man8/grubby.8.html, which happens to be the
only place the man page seems to exist. It seems that a RH employee actually
wrote the referenced page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -q --filesbypkg mkinitrd
2. Notice no man page for grubby
Actual Results: No grubby man page.
Expected Results: The path to the grubby man page should be listed.
The man page was written after the release of RHEL 2.1 and is included in newer
