Description of problem: There is no cmake28 build for el5. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): --- How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to `yum install cmake28` with el5 and EPEL-repo enabled. 2. No package found for `cmake28`. Actual results: No package found for `cmake28`. Expected results: Yum will be able to install `cmake28`. Additional info: This would be a good enhancement for el5, since there are some really interesting projects around, which would build on el5, but actually don't, because they need cmake28 for build. I'd happily comaintain this, if appreciated.
If you are already a Fedora packager, then just request a new branch[1] on the original review request[2]. [1] http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_SCM_admin_requests#Package_Change_Requests_for_existing_packages [2] https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=819678
