Description of problem:
Installed src rpm from fedora distribution can't be builded by rpmbuild tool.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openldap-2.4.36-1.fc19.src.rpm

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install fresh F19 installation with latest stable updates
2.Install rpmbuild
3.Install openldap-2.4.36-1.fc19.src.rpm from offcial fedora repos
4.Install all build dependencies
5.Build with default SPEC file


Actual results:
Build stop with error
/bin/ld: main.o: relocation R_X86_64_32 against `.rodata.str1.8' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC
main.o: could not read symbols: Bad value
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

Expected results:
Building binary rpm package

Where I can get this source package for testing? I can't find repos for Fedora 21
