Description of problem:
In Profile -> Messaging -> Destinations -> Security Settings all boolean attributes (such as "Send", "Consume", "Manage") are disable. This is affecting both - creating of new Security Setting and modification of existent one (including the "advanced" section).

What role is the user in? By default these are sensitive.

Reopening as it turned out that I was right. The role used was Administrator, who should be able to change these attributes. 

However the issue might be fixed in upstream as I there is no such ssue in WildFly.

I was able to reproduce this in ER6 but cannot in ER7. Moving to ON_QA.
