Python error page

Description of problem:
Fuzzy search function for test case is unavailable in Quick Search of home page.
Go to home page, select 'Test Case' and input '10' in Quick Search, click 'Go', then the Python error page is shown, see snapshot in attachment.

3.8.5

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to home page
2.select 'Test Case' and input '10' in Quick Search, click 'Go'

Actual results:
2.The Python error page is shown

Expected results:
2.Cases whose id include '10' are listed.

Additional info:
Not exist in stage server. Regression.

And if input test case name, eg. 'test', has the same issue.

Verify version 3.8.5 on qa server --> PASS

Verify steps are the same as Description.
