Description of problem:
Within tooltips, I'm getting rainbow instead of legible text.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
latest nightly

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run the installer, get to graphics
2. hover mouse over something that has a tooltip
3. pass a drug test

Actual results:
you feel like on LSD but you're clean

Expected results:
everything is sharp, no rainbow colors (and of course you're clean)

note, if this is hardware dependant, the install was run in qemu with default configuration
