It sounds like a message to show additional information in English. This is making the corresponding translation in other languages look wrong. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.0 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log in to Dashboard with admin account 2. Click Project tab on the left panel 3. Under "Manage Compute", click "Access & Security" 4. On the main panel, click "Create Security Group" button. 5. See the text field under "Description" Actual results: "Additional information here..." Expected results: It might be better to change it to something like "Enter additional information here.." "Enter description..." something starting with the word "Enter" Additional info: Japanese translation is: #: static/horizon/js/horizon.forms.js:91 msgid "Additional information here..." msgstr "追加情報はこちら..." This type of message is used for a link to reference information etc. and it does not look appropriate for usage like this. Translation is correct. ja-JP screenshot attached.

Click "Settings" menu and change the language to Japanese. 3. Click on Admin-System Panel-Images tab from the left side panel, 4. Click on Create Image on the top right hand side. There is the phrase in the Description input field.

Click "Settings" menu and change the language to Japanese. 3.Click on Admin-System Panel-Images tab from the left side panel 4 Click on Edit 5. Update image window displays "Additional Information here" description field is there.

Reported to upstream ja-JP user group on 8 Nov and is currently under discussion.
Filed upstream for fixing up the English string.
This translation fix has been merged into the upstream Havana Stable Update. Moving the status to POST.

Minor change, no doc text needed for the release notes. Mie, Yuko: this bug was moved to 5.0 to track the change against the English string (which was eventually removed), perhaps it would be better to wait until this is verified against RHOS 5.0.

Sorry Julie, I overlooked the flag changed to 5.0. We will wait until 5.0. What would you like to do with the status?
No problems at all! Setting back to POST, as the fix was merged in upstream's first milestone.
This was merged during upstream Icehouse and should already be available in our packages.
