Description of problem:
When do 'Cases'->'Remove/update/assignee' to no case, the site doesn't give the warning "No cases selected! Please select at least one case." , like feature of 'Status'->'IDLE/PASS...' or 'Bugs'->'Add/Remove' or 'Comment'->'Add' in this page.
