Description of problem: As in the other bugs, procps-ng has weird conflicts/obsoletes rules which make yum end up with this as the transaction: procps-ng-3.3.38-13 updated procps-ng-3.3.38-16 updater sysvinit-2.88-13 updated ...because it processes the conflicts to update sysvinit, but then hits the obsoletes to remove the sysvinit-2.88-14 updater. Tried changing the sysvinit to be obsoleted by procps-ng, but that's hard (did it via. a hack, and it still doesn't work as rpm still fails ... not 100% sure that isn't a biggish rpm bug though.
To clarify the end result of the change is that procps-ng-3.3.8-13 is installed as an update which obsoletes sysvinit-2.88-13 (looks fine when displaying the transaction ... but rpm depcheck still fails it due to the conflicts).
