Description Jakub Dorňák 2013-11-06 17:23:54 UTC
Description of problem:
After the installation, bluetooth is initialized with the name localhost.localdomain. I have not found any intuitive and user friendly way to change the name. I have customized the hostname, but bluetooth keeps its odd name.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
control-center-3.10.1-1.fc20.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run: gnome-control-center bluetooth

Actual results:
Window appears which allows user to turn bluetooth on/off, toogle bluetooth visibility and manage remote devices.

Expected results:
It should also allow user to change the device name.

We use the name of the machine as the Bluetooth adapter's name. See hostnamectl output, and change the name of the machine in the "Sharing" panel.
