Description Eric Blake 2013-11-06 19:18:25 UTC
Description of problem:
SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/glusterfsd from using the 'sigkill' accesses on a process.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests **************************

If you believe that glusterfsd should be allowed sigkill access on processes labeled unconfined_t by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep glusterfs /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Comment 1 Miroslav Grepl 2013-11-06 20:20:35 UTC
Did you start glusterfsd by hand?

Comment 2 Eric Blake 2013-11-06 20:35:18 UTC
I used systemctl to start gluster; other than that, I don't specifically recall doing anything to trigger the AVC.

Comment 3 Daniel Walsh 2013-11-11 19:16:52 UTC
Did you start a different service like rpcd by hand. Basically this shows the glusterd trying to kill a user process started by you outside of the init system.
