Description of problem:
In many cases, a teeam of people will want to maintain a single COPR repository (for example, a Fedora Hosted upstream providing preview releases). It would be highly beneficial to be able to support multiple users on a single COPR repository. This could be done by a user whitelist or by tying in to FAS groups.
