Description of problem:
$ rpm -qlvp ntp-4.1.2-0.rc3.4.i386.rpm | grep man
$ 

I.e. the ntp rpm doesn't contain any man pages (only
the html documentation).

Actual Results:  No manual entry for ntpd


Expected Results:  Show the ntpd man page

there are no man pages in the ntp distribution...

What about this external source?

Gentoo offers man pages. So does Debian.
