Description of problem: Greetings, I encountered this pop up error message upon entering my newly installed mate desktop. I followed these directions when installing mate: www.server-world.info/en/note?os=Fedora_19&p=x&f=4 sudo yum -y groupinstall "MATE Desktop" sudo echo "exec /usr/bin/mate-session" >> sudo reboot I noticed that /root/.xinitrc was an empty file to begin with. I was able to hear music from www.youtube.com opened from Firefox 25.0 being played though the internal laptop speakers. I was NOT able to hear music when connected via bluetooth to a BOSE stereo system. I've been able to hear audio via the BOSE system from varios devices (Android phone, iPhone, windows, ubuntu on an older linux laptop, etc...). I'll reboot this laptop and see if I can connect again from a non-mate desktop. Logging into the original GNOME desktop from the same laptop can connect and stream to the BOSE bluetooth receiver. - John
2nd reboot cleaned up connection problem. My MATE login now streams audio via bluetooth. Initial bug report was prematurely posted. - John Wasinger
