ja-JP translation of Memory Usage

Description of problem:
Translation for "Memory Usage" needs minor adjustment

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.0


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Dashboard with Admin account.
2. Click "Settings" menu and change the language to Japanese.
3. On the left side panal, click Admin => Hypervisors.
4. On the main panel, check the translation of Memory Usage under a pie graph.

Actual results:
メモリ使用量

Expected results:
メモリー使用量
(better to add a long vowel symbol "ー" to the translation of Memory, to make it consistent with other translation strings.

This translation fix has been merged into the upstream Havana Stable Update.

Verified on the latest RHOS 4.0.z puddle. Screenshot attached. Moving the status to VERIFIED.
