NM disptcher script is unable to get global DNS servers

Description of problem:
dnssec-trigger NM dispatcher script is unable to get global DNS
servers using nmcli, because nmcli syntax changed in NM >= 0.9.9.0
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install dnssec-trigger
2. start dnssec-trigger
3. check journal

dnssec-trigger-0.11-15.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing dnssec-trigger-0.11-15.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
