Description of problem:

Add additional "Splash Screens" for each perspective to give user some indication of what the screen is for and how to use it.

Request is for Community only at the moment (unless this BZ gets the appropriate ack's for productization).

Additional commits needed for adding splash screens for the process dashboard perspective as well as some screenshots of dashbuilder, form&data modeler in the Home perspective>What's new section.
