I've also experienced it on F20, same Telepathy version.

I've filed it upstream. It looks like a memory corruption to me, so it would be useful to run mission-control in Valgrind. Are you able to reproduce the bug? I don't think I am.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
