Description of problem:
Discovered on a system where I has a system repo that was pointing a url that was a 404.

The error messages in engine.log were not clear.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.alter one of your repo files in /etc/yum.repos.d to point to a url that is a 404.
2. attempt to add that host to your rhev admin
3. observe non-helpful error messages in engine.log

Actual results:
Full error message in additional info section

Expected results:
I would expect a error message saying that some yum install command failed.
