Description of problem:
Someone forgot to make the background of
/usr/share/icons/Bluecurve/16x16/apps/ksnapshot.png transparent :)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The "small" icon in the KDE menu has a black background
    

Actual Results:  black background

Expected Results:  transparent background

This icon is not in redhat-artwork anymore. It was an old kde icon we
accidentally  imported.
