Description of problem:
Gluster volume set "least-rate-limit" command returning return code 0 (i.e. success) for wrong inputs.
gluster volume set <Volume> least-rate-limit -2
Expected 1-255, got 0
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a gluster volume
2. Run "gluster volume set <Volume> least-rate-limit -2
3. echo $?
it return 0
it should be Non zero
This bug is not present in RHS2.1
